I purchased this memory for use in a Cell Phone Tablet, I have used other Silicon Power products that work well, as far as what the memory claims it can do, in the Tablet it does what it says it can do and does it well, file swap and other things, as far as I can tell.

    Works in my Fire

    Mike

Bought this for my Fire HD. Worked immediately after inserting in the tablet. No formatting required.

I only dinged it a star because I didn’t get the ‘limited edition’, I received the ‘elite’ edition. Supposedly the limited edition is water, shock, and bomb proof.

    Best Memory Card EVER!!!

    JRomero

Great memory card! Don’t be fooled by imitators. The Silicon Power 64 GB memory card comes with an adapter, a Lifetime Warranty & FREE Data Rescue software available for download to add extra peace of mind when storing your most important documents, photos, videos & more! I had bought a memory just before I found this one and returned it to get this one! Now, the pictures of my daughters birth & all of her, “firsts,” are safe and secure…..just like I keep her!

    Doesn't work with LG G6

    Jim

Purchased this Silicon Power 64GB MicroSD (Limited Edition) Elite card based on the 4.5 star rating here. It doesn’t work with my LG G6 (running Android 7.0), says “SD card corrupted, tap to fix”, then it asks to format the card, gets stuck at 20%, then nothing happened, couldn’t see the card. It works fine on my ThinkPad laptops and my old LG G3 phone running Android 6.0.

I tested two 32GB and two 64GB SanDisk Ultra cards on the LG G6. All four cards work fine. I guess the phone is picky…

    Dormouse

Not good for internal storage on the Moto G5 Plus but would be okay to use as a portable (removable) memory card. I bought two of these to put into Moto G5 Plus smart phones to use as internal (not removable) memory. In both cases the G5 complained the card was too slow and that I should use a faster card. I am not sure why this should be the case. The Motorola document I have for the G5 says to use a UHS-1 card and shows the symbols that should be on the SD card. This Silicon Power 64GB Elite card has all the right symbols on it and it says it is UHS-1. Both SP cards formatted properly for internal storage but had that speed warning. I removed both cards and am looking faster cards that can be used at full speed for internal use.

Update: I ordered two Samsung 64GB 100MB/s (U3) MicroSDXC EVO Select Memory Cards (available here at Amazon) and tried them out in the G5. They have a higher speed rating, are a bit cheaper, and there was no “slow speed” warning from the G5.

    Great MicroSD.

    Tippy

Works as advertised. Easily able to format to FAT32 to work in a Nintendo 2DSXL. No swapping cartridges ever with almost 500,000 blocks.

Silicon Power is a very good brand, I have multiple products from them including two 480GB SSDs in a RAID0 in my gaming rig.
